First phase of this contract was to build a single storey rear extension to this Victorian terraced property including a major refurbishment of the existing building which involved some re-modelling, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new boiler and central heating system and a complete re-wire. Engineered wood flooring was laid over “wet” underfloor heating in the new extension along with two large electric roof lights.

Second phase was the construction of a “Garden Studio” with “Green Roof” which contained a bedroom with ensuite, lounge and kitchenette and finally the back garden was landscaped with granite patio, exterior lighting, sleeper retaining walls and turfed lawn area.
