Ladies and Gents
This space was re-designed by removing a redundant second doorway into the washrooms and partitioning off a small section to act as a cleaner's cupboard. Ceilings were stripped out and new plasterboard ceiling hung to create one ceiling level as opposed to the previous two levels. The curved wall of cast concrete which forms the basement rotunda was chosen as the feature wall and was tiled with "Bisazza" mosaic tiles.
Old sanitary ware, taps etc were stripped out and replaced with Geberit, Hans Grohe, Laufen
and Alessi fittings and new granite worktops fitted.
Accessible
Following the re-modelling of the basement area, it was necessary to build a new Accessible Toilet from scratch, tile throughout and then fit new Doc M Pack.
