New Administration Offices
This large contract was divided into two distinct areas:
• Refurbishment of existing Sales, HR, GM and Owners Offices
• Creation of three new offices and a new Duty Manager's room.
The whole contract was completed in seven weeks and involved a significant amount of demolition and stripping out, as all suspended ceilings, 15 blockwork partition walls, a sauna and two spas and all M&E had to be removed from the existing and the newly created office space. After demolition and stripping out was completed, the whole area was screeded,
new stud partitioning was built, new M&E was run and new plasterboard suspended
ceilings were hung.
Once plastered, the whole area was then painted and decorated using a Muraspec Vinyl wallcovering, and carpet tiles were fitted throughout.
